Hey Pandas, What’s A Good Reason That Keeps You Going During Tough Times? (Closed)
I am a girl suffering from depression. I tried to end my life once with medicine. I hope to get euthanized soon when I reach the age of consent (I am in California). Give me one good reason why I should keep on going.

There's people out there who love you. Or there WILL be people who do. And there's a lot of beauty in the world to see and explore. Traveling always lifts my spirits, besides all the bad news there is still a lot of good in this world. I didn't travel much as a kid or teenager. We really didn't have any money for that. But once I was grown up and got a job I was able to. I'm sure you will as well. Be it as a solo traveler or with some future loved ones (having a pet is another's great thing btw).
You are the best reason to keep going! I woke up from a coma a year ago because I felt the way you’re feeling and decided it was done with the world. I was technically dead and after waking up was put on a mental institution. That time there gave me a lot of time to think and reflect on what I had done. I learned I was the biggest and ONLY reason to keep going. I realized I also matter and have to take my happiness into my own hands. Get a little job and use your monies to travel and meet new people. Trust me you will meet plenty that will love you the way you want. If you take yourself from this world you will leave a hole in it. I know you are very important to some and I also know it’s hard to feel like we matter or want to keep going but I also know you can do it!! I’m still learning but now I’m excited to learn more about myself. Good luck!!
The thing that helps me is kind of a personal thing, so not really something that everyone can draw inspiration from (unless you happen to be in the exact same situation as me—then relate all you want!)
I'm a perfect HLA match for my brother, so I could help him, or at least the medical field that relates to his condition, get better. I still want to die sometimes, but knowing that 8 could help, even if it doesn't work for my bro, keeps me going.
Life gets better. Talk about it. People can help.
