Saying the past year was crazy is an understatement, and I can barely even remember all of it. What was the most memorable moment for you?

The worst-- getting such bad cramps that I physically couldn't move and needed to call ems to retrieve my child, aching body out of a tub and take me to the hospital naked as the day I was born and being given an adult diaper to wear and a gown. Took two hours to see a doc to start tests and another hour before they let me have a Dixie cup of water. 4hrs before they even gave me anything for the pain. Slight context, the pain was so bad before they got me that I couldn't stop throwing up, dry heaving and slipping in and out of consciousness. So 4hrs before meds wasn't great. Oh and to back up, while I'm being carted off out of my house on the most embarrassing day of my adult life so far, who doesn't pull in but my a*****e neighbours who stopped to stare and audibly asked if I had ODed because I looked like garbage and was crying-- I don't and have never done drugs. Just utter humiliation.

Best part was either having the redo wedding with my husband that got delayed due to covid or quitting my super toxic job.

I made this post specifically so I could say this.

Best - Finnally getting a dog. I have been waiting for ever and I found the perfect match.

Worst - My closest friend, who was almost like a sister to me, moved 45 min away from my house. I rarely get to see her anymore and I feel our friendship is dying.

    Anyways, Happy new year.

Best- I got a boyfriend and I discovered who I truly am, and I discovered a graphic novel series called Heartstopper. Worst-developing an eating disorder, because of a rude comment from a classmate of mine, losing my niece, who I loved to pieces(not literally), and getting Covid, which I survived. Ok so I didn’t read the prompt but these are the most memorable and not so memorable moments of the past year. Sorry.

Me and hubby were on our annual vacation on the Gulf Coast of Mexico at Siesta Key. We were in thigh high water and saw a dark shape swimming near us. We were first a bit freaked, because you're always watching for dark shapes in wild salt waters. Turned out, it was a wild manatee. We saw her snoot. We were mini celebrities for about 15 minutes. We saw the wild manatee! It was a highlight of our trip. I'll say I've seen some amazing nature in 2022, from the most magnificent sunrise I've ever seen in Titusville FL with Artemis waiting to liftoff, to a pair of butterflies mating in my backyard I caught on video. A sunset with our blazing star framed on my main road gobsmacked us. My worst moment? Marking the one year death of my beloved Son-in-law when he was just 42 to a massive brain aneurysm, on my daughters birthday. 2nd anniversary is just around the corner on April 18th. My daughter wants to pick a new birthday for herself. I don't have a problem with that. The closer I get to April 18th, the less I know what to do.

Best - Taking percussion, I am in love with every instrument.

Worst - I dont really know if I regret dating my ex during. But when I look back, it made the biggest dent that year. Even if I didn't realize it till the break up, it was most toxic.

Best- having a two year old that hadn’t seen me in months come running out to the car as I was pulling in yelling my name! She was so happy to see me. That can really warm your heart.

Worst- having my love of my life ‘snarl’ at me. I had never experienced this from him and made me think our relationship was over.

My favourite wasn't exactly a moment, but a week in August where I was out at a bowcraft overnight camp in the Duvall woods. Huge experience for my identity and mental health.
My least favourite was probably getting my blood drawn for the first time. I hate needles and the person doing it wasn't the best.

Best: Went back to school in person after 3 years of homeschool and made friends that support me and don't judge me
Worst: Because I was homeschooled, my social skills are horrible and I'm the weird girl that everyone knows and you either pity me or think I can't hear what you say about me

Ugh. The hardest for me was definitely changing schools. I left (most) of my friends behind and had to redo it again.
