Mine was probably: When i was twelve, i was walking home from school and there was this car. It driving very slowly, and staying about 3 meters behind me. I wasn't paying much attention, so i just kept walking. I was getting ready to cross the street when the car pulled up to me and the driver got out of the car and grabbed my arm. I didn't notice him before so when he grabbed me i was surprised so i did not fight as much as i should have. He pulled me into the woods next to the road and brought me to a clearing, where there was no one around. He then proceeded to rape me while i was paralyzed with fear. He got his belt and used it to tie my hands to a tree , while he went back to the car to get his friend and a camera. He brought them back to me and raped me again while his friend took pictures. They eventually untied me and told me to put on my clothes, while he and his friend left. A month later, I found out I was pregnant. Now i have a beautiful daughter named Fern and she helps me get through my dark days. Sorry if this is graphic i just have never found the strength to share this extent of information with people.

When I was around 7 or 8 the apartment building we were living in had the fire alarms going off randomly for no reason. One night early morning they went off for real. We were living in the top floor and the fire broke put on the middle floor. Everyone got out safe but as a child I was terrified and still am of fire to a degree. The reason for the fire was a drunk woman that passed out smoking. I had nightmares for years after.

When my son was 2, we thought he ate one of my antidepressants because 1 pill was missing from my weekly pill counter. I called poison control and was told that it could be fatal, so my husband and I rushed our son to the ER. He was given charcoal and did not show any signs of illness, but was recommended to be kept overnight for further observation. My husband went home to pack an overnight bag, and found the pill we thought our son swallowed.

In the end, he didn't swallow it, but it was the most terrifying experience of my life. I also learned that just because something claims to be "childproof" or "child resistant" (like my pill container), it doesn't mean it actually is.
