About 85% of my life has been doing dumb things. Usually starting as 'I wonder what would happen if...', whereas if my brain was actually working, I could have figured out the answer.
... I were to tie a rope to an bicycle innertube, place the innertube around my waist, start running, while a friend runs in the opposite direction holding the rope... Answer: Physics, and a trip to A&E.
... I put marbles and water in the blender, then turn it on to max speed... Answer: physics, and a trip to A&E.
... I try and hang glide by just holding onto a massive piece of chipboard... Answer, Physics, and a trip to A&E
... I use a car & a tow rope to "slingshot" myself across the river on my bike.... Answer, Physics (thankfully no A&E that time).
In fact, now I come to think about it, most of my life has been an example of physics can mess you up.
Writing trauma loops. Get attached to the character..and then dump awful trauma on them, then get upset that they are suffering, so you cope with creating a new character
Reading food articles or clips knowing full well im gonna get hungry for it but cant have it 😭
So the stupid thing I do is I have stuffed toys on my bed and whenever I am bored I *ahem* make stories and play w/ them and.....it helps....lol
I make up voices for my cats and make them 'talk' to each other.
I accidentally became a human science experiment last week.
Tested gravity by dropping a 40 pound pallet on my foot. Next day i learned abt potential energy turning into kinetic energy. Pulled a board off a pallet. One set of nails hung on. I pull the board until the nails released. Unfortunately my face was in the way as well.
say no when someone asks me for something and still give it to them
