Why is it ok for a minority show to have an all minority cast but not for a white show?

Most Minority tv shows were a contemporary reflection of the featured ethnic community. As most minorities were dumped into the same areas (such as Peckham & Brixton in London), people stuck together and formed communities that were often rejected by the majority communities. Many shows in the UK, Such as 'Desmond's', parody western shows by having their 'Token White Guy'. But that was then and this is now. Now, not a lot has changed, you still have black communities and white communities but with a few of each mixed in.

I've been in trouble plenty of times. Been arrested and did jail time. It sucks but i was to blame. My question is to African Americans. I completely agree that institutional racism is a major problem in the USA. But why run if you get stopped by the police? If you have a warrant even if it's a small one why not accept it? I know the courts and employment is not fair compared to being white and being a minority but running just makes things worse.

When you're 2.5x more likely to die in police custody just because of your skin colour, wouldn't you run? My Clinic is in a largely black community, at least once a day I see the police harassing someone. They only harass me when I start telling the "suspect" their rights, apparently I'm interfering! And I'm in the UK which doesn't give their police guns!

Of course. Anyone that thinks otherwise is being ignorantly racist.
