Many movies have sequels, some are great some are fine and some are absolutely terrible. Tell me which should never have been made.

The Home Alone franchise went on for far too long imo.
Airplane 1 was, and still is, hilarious, and coined a genre. Airplane 2 had a couple of golden moments, but, for the most part was tedious. The writers either tried too hard, or didn't try at all.
Police academy kinda fell apart after the second and third film tbh. And my friend won't stop complaining about the Scream sequels so I'll put that in for her as well. (I haven't watched Scream but i trust her judgement)
The secret of NIMH. It was 100% fine on its own and the sequel wasn’t even written by Don Bluth (the original was).
I’d say most, unless it’s supposed to be planned as a multi movie (ie Harry Potter, LOTR etc.) other than that it just gets repetitive and boring.
Although there are one or two good sequels
I think that Frozen was great and that Frozen 2 was incredibly unneccesary how about you guys?
Frozen two was 1000x better than frozen. It had a great story and I absolutely loved it.
The Blues Brothers. The original was gold. The sequel was lead.
There's a sequel? Damn, and I only watched the first one for the huge police car pileup.
Caddyshack. When they suggested a sequel, the answer should’ve been “You’ll get both and like it!”
Poor, poor, "Nikita" (from a fantastic French film, they managed to destroy all that matters).
The Percy Jackson movies
They shouldn't have made the movies at all, glad that Uncle Rick is taking care of things
Emergency pandas. I heard their coming up with Moana 2!!!!
The Fast and Furious series is just ridiculous and can we also stop redoing all the Marvel movies?? If I see a new Spiderman, Batman, Superman.... Stop remaking them and create something new!!!
