YEEEESSSS!!!! I love telling people my favorite show (I have three, bear with me as I nerd out).
#1- White Collar
Neal Caffery (played by Matt Bomer) is a white collar con man convicted of bond forgery. He is a month away from being released from prison when he escapes and is sentenced to four more years. However, he strikes a deal with FBI agent Peter Burke (Tim Dekay) to allow him to work as a criminal consultant for the FBI. This show contains the best bromance in television history, the wittiest episodes, and the greatest plot twists ever. This is my absolute favorite show and I think it will be for all time.
#2- Stargate SG-1
Colonel Jack O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson), Captain Samantha Carter (Amanda Tapping), Dr. Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks), and Teal'c (Christopher Judge) are a part of a team called "SG-1" run by the US Air Force. Their mission- to seek new technologies and form alliances with distant planets connected by a device called the Stargate. This sci-fi comedy drama will make you, laugh, think, and cry as you watch these characters grow, develop, die, and revive again! It's fun, it's clever, and the character relationships are the greatest thing about this show!
You have to be dedicated to this series, because you have to watch the 1994 movie first (called Stargate and it's kinda bad but worth it for the show), then 10 seasons of SG-1 along with the 5 seasons of Atlantis and two more movies (and the 2 seasons of Universe, which has mixed views among fans). But worth it!
#3- Chuck
Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi) is a Nerd Herder at the local Buy More (think Geek Squad to Best Buy). But one day, he gets an email from Bryce Larkin, an old college friend (Matt Bomer), and somehow gets a CIA supercomputer downloaded in his brain. Now, he has to live a double life while lying to his friends and family about what he really does. Also stars Yvonne Strahovski, Adam Baldwin, Joshua Gomez, and more! It's hilarious, smart, and adorable. You'll need tissues for this one.
Thanks for reading my nerd barf! I hope you like these!!!!
Anything Ryan Murphy does from Nip/Tuck to Dahmer. There were two seasons of AHS I didn’t like but other Than that he’s gold.
My Name is Earl is definately the best show ever, in my opinion.
I have a huge sentimental connection to ATLA so that's my answer. I've been rewatching it with a friend and it holds up really well! It has a very special place in my heart
Honorable mentions are Gravity falls (half sentimental half god damn that show rocked) and steven universe (mostly sentimental partially so that's where my queerness came from).
Hands down "Outlander". I love the scenery, history, and seeing somewhat how people lived I've watched the entire series over and over and always see something I missed previously But a close second is the new series "Serpent Queen ". Again the history, scenery, and the amazing castles.
