Valencia’s Paella. If you get somebody that knows how to do it (and not the crappy imitations) it’s delicious.

Worst paella ever: in Lleida. I think the chef thought, "We're not close to the sea, let's add extra salt." Obviously, I need to go to Valencia for a good paella.

Sambar is a lentil-based vegetable stew, cooked with pigeon pea and tamarind broth. It is popular in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisines. when I read that on Wikipedia I thought it said "Pigeon Pee" and im like... wait WHAAATT!?!??

Every morning for breakfast, Deviled Egg Potato Salad ...either Resers or Safeway brand.

    For snacks, Klondike bars.

Someone asked if I could eat only one food what would it be. After some thought, i said it would be Campbell's Bead w/ Bacon soup made with milk instead of water. It's not my favorite food but I would never get tired of it.

Campbell's tomato also with milk plus grilled cheddar cheese on sourdough - and make sure it gets properly browned. Soggy grilled cheese is... disappointing.

Enchilada rice. It's something my mom came up with when we were poor that is not only filling but cheap and delicious. You brown out hamburger, add enchilada seasoning with diced tomatoes. Cook some minute rice, mix the two with shredded cheese, put it on a baking pan, add cheese and tomatos on top of it and bake it until the top cheese is melted. It's an excellent dinner, side dish, or dip.
