I like cooking, but I love cook books! I have a pretty large collection that I enjoy looking through for ideas, but there is still one I use more than the rest. What cook book do my fellow Pandas find themselves turning to the most?

My standby is the red and white plaid Better Homes and Gardens cook book. I have an older edition and an anniversary edition. It's interesting comparing recipes with the same name between the two.
Not one for sale, but mine is the family "cookbook" (my grandma makes a binder of recipies for you when you graduate high school) because it has the BEST chocolate cake
The book I go to the most is called the Flavor Bible. It has a few recipes in it, but what it is really for is to show what flavors go well together. For example, if brown butter would go with parsnips, I could just look up parsnips and see if brown butter was listed underneath. It is, and I noticed that allspice and honey are also listed as good flavors with parsnips. I think I'll try these together this weekend.
