Mac n Cheese
I eat everyday Mathri with tea. https://www.mydreamsmyjourney.nl/2021/10/mathri-indian-snack.html
That is a really difficult one to answer... I think I'm going to go with fresh vegetables, like a salad. There are things that I love to eat, like bread, cheese, pasta, etc. but I can only eat so much of those things before getting grumpy that I haven't had a good, crunchy, fresh salad. When I say "grumpy", I mean I'm ready to throw an outright tantrum, and I'm in my thirties. Sure, I'd miss the other stuff, but I don't throw tantrums over not having bread. So yea, I think I'll go with a varied, crunchy, fresh salad.
I'm going to go with the staple in my kitchen, that is worth the trip to the store to replenish in -40C weather. Bread of some sorts. Could be tortillas, bagels, loafs. something that can be eaten at any temperature and is comforting and versatile.
The question doesn't say that I can't eat anything else. So I'm going with pizza. It seems that people who live outside of Italy think that pizza with mozzarella and tomato sauce is the only kind of pizza there is. But there are lots of different kinds. If you eat pizza everyday for a week, you might miss other foods or you might get bored with just having sandwiches (pizza is basically a baked sandwich) but...I pick pizza.
Mayonnaise! I grew up on mayonnaise and white bread sandwiches!
Pasta! Very versatile and can be enjoyed solo, with your favorite vegetables and with or without meat.
Of course, cheese makes (everything) it better!
