The original Total Drama Island. I am sure this list is gonna be full of different opinions, tastes and tv show styles (cartoon, sitcom etc.).
But Total Drama Island is in my opinion the best. It inspired some great fan projects, spinoffs, and my favorite web series Battle for Dream Island.
(btw, 2nd place for me is The Walking Dead.)

Good Omens. You cannot convince me otherwise. And if you like really dark mysteries, I'd recommend Wallander, it's a British murder mystery set in Sweden. I've only seen the first episode, which kind of plays out like a movie, and it's really well done.

The 1st season of The Handmaid's Tale is not for everyone, it's hard to watch. But for me, it's 10/10.
The Good Place is REALLY good too. Very funny, great characters.
And the 1st, 2nd and maybe 3rd seasons of Aqui No Hay Quien Viva (spanish show) are super funny too.

Probably The Owl House, but that's just my opinion. Oh, also Fionna And Cake is super good as well, especially for such a short series.
