I'd change the Star Wars movies to include Ahsoka. I think she is an integral part of canon and would have helped pull him back from the dark side.

The Walking Dead. Would not kill off Glenn or Jesus. Would have Daryl and Jesus hook up. Rick would not be "dead". Would avoid the whole Commonwealth storyline. Carl would still be alive.
