The thing that upsets/angers me the most is the fact that parents punish their children for failing at something or expecting them to be perfect. No person on this earth is going to be as perfect as you want them to be, especially children. I feel, in my opinion, kids are going to be worse of a person if you punish them physically for mistakes.
The thing that annoys me the most is being told not to do something and then the person telling me not to do it does right after
People with the ability to think that they are better than others for no reason.
When the "background" music in movies / TV series is as loud as the dialogue. Not only does it give me a headache, but it makes it really difficult for me to hear what is being said. (And it happens so often!).
I don't get angry easily though (luckily). When I do get angry it's when someone bullies another kid for whatever reason (eg. if someone is getting bullied for their religion or colour, I will step up to them and defend that person).
I'm a high school teacher and it really bothers me when parents expect the school to fix their child. Yes, I'm going to always care for my students and try my best to help them succeed. But if we get NO help from the parents, it's sad and infuriating.
I’m in 8th grade and there are so many people who are failing almost all of there classes and the parents couldn’t care less, about there grades or what they do. It’s really sad and frustrating for the teachers and the students
People who try to steal your friends, people who rub their religion in your face, (why is Diary of a Wimpy Kid SO Christian?) and people not wearing their gosh darn bees and fish honest-to-pancakes masks. People muttering stuff under their breaths and saying stuff in that one tone.
People who can't be bothered with "Please" and "thank you."
For me it’s my older sister. Idk why, but she doesn’t seem to understand what those words mean
Load More Replies... Something that gets me angry (And I mean
A N G E R Y) is when people hurt children. It makes my blood boil to see anyone (especially a parent), physically or verbally hurt a child.
People that think you can just pull yourself up by your boot straps work hard and eventually you’ll be highly successful. People don’t realize how hard it is to get out of poverty. We need people to work lower wage jobs yet we don’t pay them enough to live. I mean picture that, you work hard all week and you can’t even feed yourself. And if you come from a poor family and do receive SNAP it’s incredibly hard to buy healthy foods bc they cost so much which can leave the person unhealthy. And in addition to that, those in SNAP can’t even buy prepared food. What if your low income with no way to cook? What if your utilities were shut off? I could go on and on...kids from low incomes have less of a chance to receive higher education...there are hardly any resources to escape domestic violence...etc.
Hackers in video games... and Toxic people.
Hackers in Among Us are the worst, toxic people are the worst too.
People who take ages to text back.. (we're talking days here), individuals that are have the "Live, Laugh, Love" ornament in their homes or have it stenciled on the walls and girls (occasionally guys too) that facetune the heck out of their photos for social media & only post pictures in "evening wear" clothes, leave a string of hearts on their friends photos "Love Ya, you look so gorgeous" & seek the same validation back on their own heavily edited photos to fill their ego's & then saunter about real life with the attitude they look like the persona they project online & are so narcissistic it makes me cringe. I say this as it was a girls last day at work & her narcissistic 'friend' at work printed tons of photos of not just the girl leaving, but of herself too, (the heavily edited ones) plastered them around the workplace probably in hope people would compliment her, instead got a bunch of middle aged confused fellow employees not on social media asking people who this girl was in the photos... it was really that bad they did not recognize their own work colleague. (It's not just the photo retouching) she really thinks she lovely & it's not a self-confidence thing, she puts others down cause she thinks she's all that.
Yeah I don’t understand people who have to edit there photos. I’m 13 and don’t wear makeup, don’t feel subconscious about pimple and thing like that. I really haven’t felt the need to wear makeup out of the house. Sorry if this comment offends people I wasn’t trying to
the thing that annoys me the most is when my little siblings get into my stuff
Yes. I share a room with my sister and she always gets into my stuff, and climes it’s hers
People who don't pick up after their dogs
One of my grandmas neighbors have a decently big dog. O e day they were going on a walk, and the dog had a number 2. Neighbor didn’t even make an attempt to clean it up and it was about the size of a small to medium pumpkin.
Religious nut jobs who prattle on and on and on about God this and Jesus that, and how certain people are going to Hell just because of their beliefs/gender identity/sexual orientation/some other B.S. reason
Slow walkers and being interrupted
1) When I've never done something before, but then a person expects me to do that something 100% perfectly the first time.
2) Online school. Like my dad says, I feel like my home is a place I can truly be myself, but now it's like school has invaded my safe place.
3) When people call me 'Nicole' instead of 'Noelle', or, in my PE teacher's case, 'Noella'.
4) When people put their holiday decoration up in October and leave them up until July.
The only Christmas decorations we leave up all year ‘round is a window sticker but it rips when you take it off and it’s kinda pointless to buy another one every year
When I say something or ask a question and no one responds. I'd rather get told "no" than have no answer.
Racism, transphobia, homophobia, abusers, idiots, and packages that are hard to open.
When someone goes, “Oh no!” And my anxiety gooes ⬆️ And i say what and they take forever to answer
People that prattle on and on and on and others that are obsessed with money. Mix the two and you get an uber-annoying person.
Whenever someone says "Just a second!" and then comes back 15 mins later. I tend to enjoy running and I hate it when people are slow. Also, startup times on some electronics. My iPad takes longer to boot up than my laptop with spinny hard disk takes, which makes me get impatient.
Also, people putting Christmas lights up way before thanksgiving and noisy neighbors.
People saying things like "Wow, I didn't know you could talk!" or "Why don't you ever talk?" to me. I'm an introvert and just a quiet person in general, and I don't understand why people, especially at school, can never just leave me alone and mind their own business.
Yup. "Why don't you talk?' and similar questions are so ironic. There's no good answer because it indicates a toxic mindset. No matter what the answer, it would come across as being how they falsely perceive us, as introverts. If the answer was "because I don't want to" it seems immature to them. "Because you're you" would be a satisfying response but then there comes the "difficult" or "too sensitive" label or worse, abuse and statements like, "whatever, this is why no one likes you." There's no winning and the thing is we aren't trying to, they are but just don't see it, because of lack of insight and Empathy. If they weren't like that, they wouldn't be asking questions like that in the first place. Take care, you be you. You're awesome as you are.
i hate when people dont believe me or listen to me. i always feel like they cant hear me at all.
Make those chew sounds when I'm with you. I will decide if you will make it out alive! The last part was a joke P.S. before one of y'all calls the cops on me!
I support lgbtq+ and I hate it when people talk sh*t about it. One of my pet peeves is when stores start getting ready for a holiday months before (for example when stores start getting ready for Christmas a month before Thanksgiving!)
Whenever someone is off beat or off tune in choir. Not so much now because of covid but it annoys me soooooooooo much.
Chewing sounds from someone I love.
It really annoys me when ppl are wrong, that happens to be why I get in trouble with my parents sometimes, also being accused of something I didn’t do. I also get annoyed when my siblings use bad grammar. And I get really angry at sexism, and racism. It angers me soo much! Honestly sexism against women has kinda shaped who I am now.
I used to know someone who was being racist against a new student, and my teacher over heard it and the the student who was being racist was given the choice between 1 day suspension or writing an essay on why racism is wrong. The kid chose the essay because he knew he would be in trouble if he got suspended
Something that annoys me is seeing anything, and I mean, literally anything uneven, be it a surface, a flight of stairs, a line, etc... Something that angers me is rude people, or as our young generation now calls it, "Karens" and/or "Ken/Kyle(s)".
When people say horse riding is not a sport
Finally a person who understands it, sure the horse is doing all the running, but we have to be there, on the horse, not ten feet to the side in order to control the horse
The worst for me is when someone tells me not to do something and then the person keeps hovering around and keeps repeating the same damn thing over and over. The same applies to when someone keeps referring to past mistakes and doesn't stop referencing it. It hits a nerve every single time.
What annoys me the most are people that do not stand on their right and walk on their left on escalators. Some people aren’t as lazy as you and want to ‘escalate’ their pace. Just move over!
I really don't know why, but if someone sneezes several times, it annoys the shit out of me. Especially when it is loud.
When someone assumes others' genders and sexualities. That happens to me a lot. Also when they say that the LGBTQ+ doesn't deserve rights or that there are only 2 genders. Also when people say that the LGBTQ+ is stupid and we are all going to hell.
We should be allowed to hit those people, like screw off, if me loving another guy offends you, move away.
The thing that sets me off 100% of the time is liars!! I'm not talking about like they lied about a bad grade or something (although it does still make me angry) I'm talking about like if you lied about taking drugs or something, something life changing. I can't forgive anyone who lies to me like that. Also people who tap their pencils or click their pens are the worst!!!
When people are rude/disrespectful at other peoples houses... it makes me so annoyed but people are always nice about it because they don't want to be "that person". there's more i just can't think of them...(Im tired)
People who chew gum noisily in public places like libraries, church, buses, etc. The chomping, popping, cracking and slurping are beyond disgusting. Besides, as some very smart person once wrote, "Nobody with any class chews gum in public."
I didn't get mine in on time so here it is. ARROGANCE!!! It doesn't cost anything to say please or thank you. And when people have been waiting for a bus and then someone will just come along and walk straight pass others to the door. People who stand in the middle of the pavement/sidewalk to chat. Cyclists who have bike lanes but they still ride on the pavement. the list goes on....
Since I'm still a child and this is one I actually deal with the most:when people think I like someone. I CAN'T WHAT DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND?!?i know this is childish but WHY. Don't assume I like someone because I'm friends with them!
