Hey Pandas, What Is Something Cool About Your Parent(S) That You Learned Recently? (Closed)
Some parents don't share a lot about their personal lives (before you), but you're in awe when they do. Have you ever had a moment like that?

I recently found out that my dad was great at rock climbing when he was a teenager and has had multiple articles written about him in the newspaper. Also that my mom placed in the top 3 in almost every athletic running event she took part in.
My mom is a witch. Like modern wiccan stuff. I always kinda knew she was different when she would walk around the house burning sage or when we would cleanse crystals and stuff but I only just connected the dots.
Mentioned I wanted to take kick boxing classes and found out my mom trained as a kick boxer at a martial arts gym and can still do some awesome kicks and use nunchucks.
Sadly my parents are older in comparison to other parents of adult children my age. They've never really told me much of anything. My dad was in the Vietnam War, was married Before he married my mom. He's older then her. But they don't really talk about their lives. It's mostly because they're very conservative and Trump lovers and I really have a hard time trying to talk to them about anything Lately
