Never go to bed angry. That’s stupid advice. Go to bed angry if you feel the need to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and that new morning sun will put things into perspective one way or the other. I’ve been married 14 years. Sometimes you just gotta say we’ll talk about it tomorrow and let it be. I’m not saying if you or your SO did something terrible that you should ignore your feelings. I’m saying validate your feelings. It’s okay to not be up for it right then and have some alone time.
