That's an odd comparison. You have to pay for Netflix, they're loaded with original content, have a great selection of newer popular series and movies you rarely find elsewhere. So, as far as pay networks go, I think they're the best.
On the other hand, Tubi is probably the best free streaming service ...although there are a lot popping up that are nearly as good: Peacock, Plex, Yuvu, Midnight Pulp, Asian Crush, Crackle, Stirr, PopcornFlix, Shout Factory, and if you have a library card in the US, you can access Hoopla and Kanopy. They have amazingly extensive libraries for library services.
