My dog shit under the tree and ate it in front of my grandpa
it was at Christmas when I was 10. i started to hear a noise so I was looking around and found it was coming out of a trunk. i opened it and it was my first phone. i was happy and excited. everyone I knew already got a phone so I was happy. my parents save money so that's why I had to wait to get a phone and it was just a small i-phone 5 but I still love it. i still have it but when I get older and can live on my own I can get a new phone.
You are lucky! The only device I have is the one provided for me for school. I am 12, almost 13. I ask for a phone every Christmas, birthday, and sometimes in between.
My dog jumped on the Christmas tree and knocked it down, then acted like the Christmas tree fell on him
My mom collects really nice (and expensive) artisanal baubles. A couple of years ago while we were sitting down for Christmas dinner I was sitting with my back to the tree when I heard a crashing sound behind me. The whole thing had come down, smashing most of the baubles. Now my mom is a bit of a stickler and a clean freak so everybody at the table just froze, staring at each other and expecting her to snap and cry or something. But mom just laughed it off. We didn't even clean it up before finishing dinner.
We usually put all glass ornaments on our tree. We all went out somewhere and came home to our tree knocked over and a ton of broken ornaments. Our dogs knocked it over for no reason. The dogs were 9 and 13 so they knew better. I guess they just didn't want the tree there because they have never done that before.
When I was about 6 my parents forgot about Christmas so the morning of they took me and my little brother to dollar tree to get some toys. They're good parents now they just had a rough start...
I remember this from when I was 2 or 3. It was a Christmas with my Great-Grandparents, and it was at a lovely old neighborhood. I remember I went outside I started screaming when a snowflake hit my nose. It was terrible and my grandma took me outside till I calmed down.
When I was about 3, my parents let me and my twin brother open presents on our own. I didn’t realize that our names were on them, so I just started grabbing presents and rip them open, and almost every time I got one of my brothers gifts and just set it on lap for him. Needless to say my parents continued to give us the presents
One Christmas Eve I had not finished presents (I make handmade gifts for my parents and sisters), so I stayed up later than I should while finishing them. I was really tired on Christmas morning.
