Ok so nd (neurodivergent) pandas, what do u wish nt (neurotypical) pandas knew about what it’s like to be nd? Such as it’s frustrating when people say x or what does y mean or z affects me like this and x is very helpful to me. Please don’t be rude. and then nt pandas, what would u say to nd people? Nothing mean just things you’ve learned and that you do as a nt such as when people say x they really mean y, things like that. No disrespect or bullying. This is just to help both sides.

Stop referring to ADHD or autism as a superpower, oh my god. It's not. It's not a magical ability. It's a diagnosis that you have to manage in addition to your everyday life, and it's difficult getting meds or help sometimes. However, on the other hand, we're not incapable of functioning (mostly), me having ADHD does not define who I am as a person, even if I make a lot of jokes about it. It's just something that's a part of me, which means it does come up in conversation, but it is not my entire personality lmao

Yup. it is annoying. It makes the smallest thing so distracting. But it does give one 'good' thing: hyperfocusing. I can write for hours on end, if it is interesting. But if I tell myself, eh... i'll just be on bp for one post… ten hours later, here I still am.

Stop telling me to calm down or stop worrying about things. I can’t help it I have anxiety and my brain makes me worry about things that won’t even affect me.
