Spain.
We have five official languages: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Aranes and Basque. They all come from Latin except Basque that is a pre Indo-Europeanen language. So it is extremely old and predates the origin of Ancient Greek, Latin or Hindi. Those three languages are closer to each other than to basque.
We (together with Portugal) have an amazing history and gastronomy because of how many cultures shaped us. Celts, iberians, Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Tartessos, Romans, Germanic tribes, Berebers…
We have the worlds steepest street in Dunedin.
