I say sorry alot even when I didn't exactly do something wrong, just because I overthink alot and I feel like I did something.. sorry for saying that.

personally I'm really sorry t0 say this, but allergies sometimes do last all year round. in my case I have skyrocketed immunoglobulin levels and I have runny noses from allergies a lot. ALOT. like sometimes everyday and then frequent intervals as such. it is not just pollen, I'm afraid to say. I cannot agree with this. I would be really sad if I were struggling with allergies and somebody tells me that it's an annoying habit.
