self-harm- I've been trying to stop; I try and keep sharp things away from me or distract myself. Idk what to do

You have to teach yourself new ways of coping with whatever is going on. Find someone who you can talk to about it. There are tons of online support groups. The human mind is so powerful and it can be powerful in a good way if you just take the time to teach yourself how. One day at a time. One hour at a time. One moment at a time.
