Stay in touch with people, and try to be honest when you cant/are struggling to. As someone who has suffered a lot of mental and physical health issues, including chronic depression, it can be the worst when you self-isolate out of sheer misery and pain, and your family/friends take that as a sign that you dont love or care about them and proceed to treat you coldly. Still, years later, attempting to mend bridges.... which doesnt help when my phone calls (that take 7 spoons to attempt) are answered with “hey stranger!” or “Wow I thought you’d died!”.

almost everything and i still learn da hard way like not be to bad when my moma sick(or any other time)but i still make her yell bc she be gettin made cuz i tink i know eryting and she dont feel good rn and earlier i made her madddddddddd~ lol (jk no lols why would i lol)
