Stuffed peppers. (Pimientos del piquillo rellenos de carne) I made them yesterday and they are delicious.
You cook some small chopped onions until they are golden. Once they are done add some flour and mix it well. Add garlic, chopped meat and any veggie that you want (celery and carrot in my case). You can also skip the meat and make it vegetarian but this dish really is good with meat. Once the vegetables and the meat are done add some stock to deglaze the pan and some tomato sauce. As spices I used salt, pepper, garlic powder (because i had no garlic) and pebrella (a spanish herb) but you can use thyme, savory, rosemary, oregan...Reserve
At the same time get a smaller pan with more onion. Once is done add flour (more than before) and mix. You can add garlic as well. Add stock and tomatoe sauce. When everything is done you can blend it to create a smoother sauce. Add salt, pepper and any other spices on the previous list.
Get some red peppers. You can do it with fresh ones and bake them first. Or get a pot of pre cooked ones, they will still be great. Stuff the peppers with the filling.
Use the big pan from the filling. Add the sauce and the stuffed peppers and cook for about 10m. I like serving it with rice. Its delicious
We call it the 411- 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies!

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

It’s our OG flourless cookie recipe that we literally always have the ingredients for in our house! First recipe the kids in our family learn!
Sausage rolls! 2 packages of pilsbury crescent rolls, 8 slices of cheese, and one package of eckridge sausage (has 2 in the pack). Cut each sausage tube into 4 pieces and then cut those new pieces lengthwise so that you have 16 sausages. Cut cheese slices in half. Sear off sausages. Roll one sausage piece and half cheese slice up in each crescent dough triangle. Sausage then cheese on wide end and roll up. Once done bake at temp on crescent package for 12min. Super cheap and super filling! Very unhealthy so you know it’s tasty. Lol
