(Replying to 𝕯𝖔𝖓𝖚𝖙𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖜𝖟𝖟 from WJE) No trans people are identifying as a literal dog, not even the xenogenders are about identifying as a LITERAL dog.

Google says that it is "nibling",
I also came up with "niphew" on my own.

First of all, congrats! Second, nibling is the term most people use, but if you want a funny one, I would propose "chaos gremlin" or "gene thief" as suggestions.

I've thought about this too. English has gender neutral pronouns for almost all relationships, but not niece/nephew or aunt/uncle. Do you feel like you identify more strongly or more frequently with one over the other? Maybe they could use that pronoun until you find something different. Or they could just say "my brother's/sister's kid"; it's clunky, but it describes the relationship. And they'd only have to use it once or twice and simply refer to you by name or preferred pronouns after that.
