So I recently came out to my parents as bi. My dad recently has said somethings that makes me fear that he forgot that I came out to him. And he has been avoiding shows with gay people. We were sitting on the couch watching shorts on disney plus, and we came upon Out. As you probably know it's about coming out to your parents, but he clicked it read the description and found a different short. We watched a show and a character surprise came out as lesbian, but I wasn't there for the episode so i didn't know and she said something about liking girls and I was confused and said "Is she lesbian?" He replied with a LECTURE about how gays are normal and they are everywhere and I was being rude and... it made me feel bad. I don't know what to do! I can't tell if he forgot, or doesn't actually know, because I came out to my mom and she told my dad. So. Help?

As you can see in mt profile I recently realized that I'm not exactly heterosexual or cisgender. My parents are not really that accepting, I am homeschooled, and my grandmother is particularly homophobic, and she lives with us 😳.
I want to get my haircut shorter, but I don't know how they would really feel about that, or at least my grandmother anyway...
I've told a friend of mine(who apparently is bi!) And she is not out to her parents either. But shes moving out soon and I still have all of highschool(at home)left. 😩
I kinda get mixed messages from my dad that he may already know, but may still say things sometimes against gay people, but also things like "we love you no matter what" so I don't know just how accepting he may really be. What do I do help.
