Hey Pandas, If You Regained Your Sense Of Smell After A Year, What’s The First Thing You’d Smell? (Closed)
My best friend suffers from nasal polyps. He hasn’t been able to smell anything in over a year. He is scheduled to have them surgically removed soon, and he’s SO EXCITED to be able to smell and just breathe normally for the first time in a long time. Just curious, if this were you, what’s the first thing you’d smell?

I would smell freshly washed and dried laundry.
The smell of my wife and our Bulldog next to me. Closely followed by the smell of a sizzling steak on a grill.
okay so like I couldn't smell for like... 2 1/2 years? and it came back slowly so probably 3 before I could fully smell again! the first thing I smelt was a laundry detergent isle at my local grocer- boy if wasn't overwhelming ifk what is!
