If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?

#1

My maternal grandmother. She died when my mother was only 9 years old. I've never had a grandma; my biological father left when I was 2 and never saw him again.

I'd like to meet Dalai Lama, just feels like it would be a surreal experience and I'd like to hear him speak in person.

I wouldn’t have made it through my 20s without Joni Mitchell, so I totally get the music-as-emotional-support aspect!

No one said Jesus yet? That kinda surprises me. It'd be cool to meet that dude, or the dude(s) that inspired the story for sure. The other person that pops to mind is Ching Shih, one of the most successful pirates in history. She commanded 1800 ships, around 80,000 people, I'd love to listen to her talk about her life, how she managed it all.

Quick chinese fact. in ching this "i" is pronounced "EEE", Shih is the english phonetic version. It is actually just Shi. (this i is not pronounced EEE).
