If you could spend an evening with anyone who has ever lived, who would you choose? What if it was a table for six, which five folks would you want to join you?

My grandpa, he’s been dead for almost a decade and he passed away when I was a young child. I miss him so much.
For a table for six, my grandpa, my great-grandma, my aunt, my best friend and Billy Joel.
(My best friend and Billy Joel are both alive 😅)

Now I feel a little guilty because I didn't put any friends or family members on my list, but I think all the people I included would be very interesting. I also thought about an "unsolved mystery dinner" : Lizzie Borden, Amelia Earhart, Jimmy Hoffa, Black Dahlia, Bob Crane, Judge Crater.

My family. My dad who died when I was 14. This week my mom is in hospital with a-fib. My big sister is in ICU fighting covid (both in Tennessee) My brother who has end stage renal cancer (Virginia) My little sister who is in Virginia. Me and my husband of 29 years (Texas) Would love to see each of them and hug as hard as I could.

This doesn't sound silly at all. It's interesting that most folks chose one person, and it was someone they know and love.

From my loved one my grandpa. He was always super supportive of me and we loved playing videogames together (he was a 70yo nerd!).

From famous people definitely Jane Goodall she is amazing.

I saw Jane Goodall give a talk in Winter Park Fl a few years ago. She is an international treasure.

I would choose Abraham Lincoln. For a table of six: me, Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglas, Jane Goodall, Martin Luther King and Oskar Schindler

I would get all of the great leaders from WW2 together at a table and do an interview with each of them. Truman, Churchill (British), Stalin, De Gaulle(French) and Tojo. And see how they react to one another. If one of those enemies could suddenly be friends in the end—how that would change history would be amazing.

One night, I dreamt that Barbara Walters and Jane Fonda showed me how to throw an axe, so I would want them over for dinner so they could really show me how.
