My mom has gay friends and my dad has nothing against gays , but i have really bad anxiety and when ever i want to tell them i get really nervous and can't do it . SO does anyone have any ways to help me come out to my parents

The way I told my parents I was bi was I drew a picture and put it on the kitchen table along with a note. When my mom found it she told me she was really excited for me. This way you don’t have to talk directly with them if you get to nervous.
