I have been feeling super paranoid that my friends are lying to me or people are talking about me and I don't know where to go? I would talk to my friends, but.. well... you see the problem there. One of my friends told me something I thought was a lie and now I can't let it go.

I have anxiety as well, and I know what you’re going through. There are a ton of ways to cope-
Drawing really helps me personally, and you don’t have to draw some elaborate, super detailed animal or whatever if you don’t want to, you can even just scribble.
Writing is a good way to get your feelings out.
I had a ‘worry jar’ once, where I took my worries and wrote them on a small piece of paper, then left it in said jar. It’s a way to let go of things that make you anxious.

I really hope this helps you!

I have GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) so I completely understand your troubles. I would invest in some fidget toys if you’re into that kind of thing and find yourself fidgeting when you’re anxious. If you’re in a public setting, I like to count things in the room. It makes me feel more grounded in reality to do this. If you’re at home, do your hobbies! I like to draw while listening to relaxing music so just find something that you enjoy and helps you de-stress.
    Hope this helps :)

Usually I seek something warm to drink. But please, avoid coffee... It'll aggravate your anxiety. I took black tea, ginger tea, turmeric tea, or warm milk to calm my nerve... It works well for me...

Personally, music has helped me a lot. Taking time to just listen and breathe is really helpful and is something you can do wherever you are.
