    Easily the most reliable method! Most often, the best way to deal with a panic attack is to 'ride it out'. If you can, try to confront the fear, you'll find if can confront it, the attack will end almost instantly.

    This is gonna sound super weird, but I push my tongue against the roof of my mouth as hard as j can. It somehow works, and js also not visible to others.

    I always count to ten and think of 5 things that my dwarf hamster does that's cute, and that always distracts me and calms me down because I love my hamster 🐹

    You should probably try to avoid screaming. Breathlessness will cause your heart rate to rise and likely add fuel to the attack.

    I use worry stones or tumbled rocks.
