Hello, I want to say I made this post for advice. I have anxiety and have seen a therapist and took medicine, these help me but it’s still present.

I don’t want to seem like I am trying to receive the attention I just wanted to know if anyone had any tips or advice on how to handle it because I am about to start high school and want to know how to deal with this.

I can't stress enough how helpful it is to suppress your sympathetic nervous system. Lots of even pressure all over, works really well. I used three bungee cords in a sweater every time I had to be around my family.
Also music, Bush's Alien really resonated with me and puts me right to sleep.
Also water, a weighted blanket, and walk outside at night, when it's cold.

A weighted blanket can give a sense of security and be relaxing.

I have a stress ball (shaped like a koala) it helps a lot when I'm nervous.

Your request is worded very politely, well done!
Generally speaking, whatever usually helps you is likely best, and indeed, you should stick with it. For me personally, I just listen to Chopin and other romantic-era composers. Alongside that, I remind myself that in the end one way or another stuff is going to piece itself together as time goes on.

I spoke to my doctor and he sent me to a therapist. After a few weeks of therapy, my doctor prescribed me an anti-anxiety. I attended therapy regularly for about 2 years. I now know what triggers my anxiety. I don't avoid those situations (because that will make the anxiety worse) but between the pills and therapy, I know how to cope with my anxiety and communicate openly about it with people that I work with.

medicine doesnt work for my anxiety so i listen to music, shake my leg and try to think about stuff thats not gonna make me scared or sad or anxious

For me, patience works. I sometimes get obsessive thoughts. I try to keep the thoughts from overwhelming me by two methods: keeping busy; pinching myself or snapping an elastic around my wrist when the thoughts happen. My experience: the first day is hard, the second day is harder because the thoughts pop up more, the third day is noticeably better and after that, I'm fine. Knowing the pattern helps me wait things out and go about my business.

I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and I recently quit my medicine as it wasn’t making me feel well (the doctor is aware that I quit and we’re working on finding another solution). Since quitting my anxiety pills, I’ve been nervous a lot more often.

Most of my panic attacks occur from 1-4 am and there isn’t much I can do for them, but I listen to a couple songs from my favorite band (twenty one pilots).

The songs that I typically listen to are The Judge, Nico and the Niners, Trees, because of their upbeat yet calming sounds, or one of their piano ballads like Before You Start Your Day or Truce.

If that doesn’t work, I just take Benadryl and hope for the best

I have therapy every other week and am taking medication daily. I have a Tangle fidget toy that helps as well as a couple other fidget toys I ordered on Amazon. It helps to talk it out with my mom or friends, and getting sleep and exercise helps a lot.

If I am at home, I pet my dog and let him give me kisses. Being with him helps more than any drug I've tried.

If I'm not at home, I focus on something. If there isn't anything tangible around me, I try to hear a song, like an ear worm, in my head. Sometimes if I concentrate enough I can hear the actual recording in my head. It's freaky, but it calms me down.

If that doesn't work, I count my breaths.

If I have advance warning, and I have to go somewhere or do something that spikes my anxiety, I try to talk to a friend about it, and get feedback from someone who is positive and supportive.
