I’m a middle school pansexual, I just haven’t told my parents yet. Does anyone have any idea how I could come out to them?

I would wait a bit unless you have a partner if the same sex. They might feel that you aee too young and might be more open minded in a few years.
But if its really important to you then ask them for some time where you can talk to them and do so. Depending on how "modern" they are they might not understand what pansexual is so start with the basics.
I might be able to help because I am/was in a similar situation. I'm in high-school, and omni, but I recently came out to my parents. Here's my top advice.
1. Make sure you accept yourself, the more you are happy with who you are, the easier it is to come out.
2. Some people prefer taking, but everyone has their own preference, some people would rather write, or send an email only text. Do what is comfortable for you.
3. I don't know about you, but sometimes it is easier to come out to a friend of sibling who you know will lobe you and help you come put to your parents. You don't have to do this, I didn't, but many do.
Last. There will be people who love you no matter what. They will most likely not have a negative reaction, but even if they do, you are valid, you are amazing, and you will find people who love and support you ❤️
There are some precautions.
1. Are they accepting? If not, don’t do it
2. Make sure to find a backup home, something might happen
Once this step is clear, come up with something fun!
1. Stick a note on a pan with your name on it. They will ask.
2. The classic cake/any dessert with “I’m ()” on it
3. Make your own pride flag
4. Just outright say it.
Happy coming out!
