F*ck no, man!
I don't have a single redeeming quality.
I have the self-esteem of John Constantine.

Yes, I do ...as well as my wife, friends, etc. And I pretty much like (or at least tolerate) everyone else. Don't have much of a capacity for hate or anger ...never really found either of them particularly useful.

You will. If you can love others, you havevthe capacity to love yourself. See in yourself what they see in you. Its not always easy, may take time but you can get there.

I don't know where one's love of oneself becomes narcissism. I think a lot of people, especially young ones believe that self love means narcissism and so choose not to love themselves.
I think it has a lot to do with how we respect ourselves, our bodies, our minds, our spirits. Loving yourself is those. Loving yourself means taking care of yourself, and forgiving yourself. You are human, just like all others; is someone made a mistake would you forgive them? What is that someone is you? Why treat yourself any different that you treat others? We are all human beings, and we learn all the time, most of the time from our own mistakes. That's okay. Making mistakes is in the very fabric of our being. Show me a person who never made a mistake.
I think self love resides in self acceptance, and forving yourself. I think it means showing yourself the same empathy you would show a dear friend.
Misha Collins once said something like, be kind to yourself so you can learn to be kind to the world. I say love yourself so you can learn how to love someone else.

I wish I did, I wish I didn't care what other people thought of me mostly.

You can still love yourself and care what other ppl think. As long as you don't believe all the negative. Take what can make that make you better and reject the things that make you feel badly. I can promise as you get older, the things ppl think become less of a concern.

I'm very content with myself. Yeah I think I would think of that as loving myself. I know i have flaws and am imperfect. But also those some of things are what make me who I am. I think people's flaws are the most interesting thing about them usually. I wish they thought so too. Everyone should atleast like who they are.

No. Stop. You don't deserve to hate yourself. You have a reason a purpose. You're probably a wonderful person!!
