MHA isn't exactly over yet, and the manga and anime are on different arcs and have different levels of detail/emphasis on different things. Explaining the whole thing would probably also take up a lot of space? Like, pages off the top of my head? You'd probably be better off jumping over to a more fandom-oriented website (and of course taking any commentary with a grain of salt because the fandom can get incredibly angry/dense/toxic at times). Or at least could you be more specific about what exactly you're looking for when you say "spoil"? Where are you up to and who/what are you invested in?

Read the title, read the description, went YES PLEASE, and then physically had to stop myself from reading it because I'm only like one season into it XD I'm sorry your parents don't like it, my parents don't know I do much of anything but I'm sure they'd disapprove of most of it lol
