At least one sketch everyday helps you improve! Also, look at your surroundings a lot! The shadows on people's faces, the lines and curves of objects- draw what you see! Observation is key. You also don't need expensive materials to make "good" art. Just a pencil can do a lot! Just use your imagination.

Know when you finished your artwork. Not every work needs to be a masterpiece. Consider it done at some point and eventually you'll have something to reflect on.

Definitely, it just takes time to get better. I would say just practice every day and you’ll improve

I draw and paint myself. What helps me is :
Find tutorials online. Draw everyday, and study. For instance, if you want to draw people then study the human body and faces. And find material you like. I For instance don't like to work with oil paint.

First practice a lot, second do studies. Pick something you want to work on drawing and study the anatomy of it. And just keep drawing it. This has helped me so much in improving. PS if ur a bigginer artist, don't be afraid to trace, it can really help you understand the movements you have to make to get that line. Just don't pass the artwork off as ur own.
