Most small children are undoubtedly messy so it's no wonder that sometimes they might leave quite a surprise for their parents to find later as they are firm believers in 'tidying up' after themselves.

My Little Sister Once Glued Lint To The Floor.
I don't have a picture. I used to love paint by numbers. I was watching TV in the living room and noticed how quiet it was in my daughter's bedroom. She was 3 at the time. I went to check on her. She had managed to get a paint by numbers I had been working on and covered herself in mostly the black paint, the hard wood floor, the dressers and everything. We rented. Luckily I was able to get most of it off the floor and much off the floor.
I don't have a picture. My then six-year-old son played in our garden and thought it would be a nice game to roll on the overflowed cesspit and run into the house dripping s**t all over the place. .......
Why do we HAVE to upload an image? I mean...Anyway, my sister's kids beat out my kids in this department, hands down. 1) Her son smeared vasoline all over her fabric-upholstered couch (plus his hair and his sister's hair), and 2) My sister is taking a bath one day and hears/sees a plop. She sees it is bacon. BACON. Another plop. She looks up. There are a bunch of bacon strips stuck to the ceiling over the tub. Turns out her daughter and friend just flung them up there. Why did she do it? "I dunno. Seemed fun."
