During her time in college, she engaged seriously with the creative process, taking figure drawing classes and even modeling. This unique approach not only enhanced her understanding of art but also showcased her spirit and dedication to her craft. Since childhood, art has been a central part of Quintero’s life. She recalls drawing on any available surface—paper towels, napkins, cardboard, and notebook paper—fueling her love for creativity. At the age of fifteen, her parents gifted her an easel, canvases, and acrylic paints, igniting her self-taught painting goals. For Quintero, art became a form of therapy, a way to unwind after the stresses of teenage life and long hours of studying in college. She developed the habit of carrying her sketchbook, a book to read, and a poetry notebook everywhere she went—a practice she continues to this day.During her artistic journey, moments of personal clarity grounded in faith inspired Quintero to expand her life. Determined to avoid an existence of “what ifs,” she decided to leap into the art world. Instead of merely testing the waters, she actively sought opportunities to showcase her work, participating in local art shows and outdoor markets, both online and in person.This bold step marked the beginning of her professional career as an artist and the launch of her small art business. Today, Hannah Quintero not only creates captivating pieces but also aims to use her art to inspire and heal others. By blending her background in psychology with her artistic endeavors, Quintero continues to explore the transformative power of creativity, inviting others to join her in the imaginative and healing aspects of art.
