Some people just don’t know or care what they have. We always have a twice yearly large item garbage pickup where we live and people go around finding their own treasures. One man’s trash, as they say. This year my husband, an audiophile, found speakers he says he can resell for $800, on the side of the road. He’s found other stereo equipment in the past and even a decent guitar.

I bought a tooled leather purse when I was like 8 years old for $2. It had the word ALASKA carved in the top flop and a ram over the entire back. It took a few years to realize that as an Aries, I'm a ram. So that was cool. It's been almost 30 years and it still looks good.
