Glitter Armpits Are A Thing Now And It’s Too Late To Do Anything

the Internet’s inexplicable rush to stick body glitter in ever more inconvenient crevices, some women on Instagram have started adding glitter as a fashion statement to their armpits to turn them into lush, bedazzled forests called #glitterpits!

We always knew glitter is impossible to get rid of and that it can spread, but we never thought it would spread so quickly in social media – first it was on men’s beards and women’s roots, and now this weird beauty trend!

Anyway, scroll down below and see the bedazzled armpits that are breaking the beauty standards as we know them, for yourself! Do you think it’s one of those Instagram trends that you’d like to adopt?

Well it is a bit weird but maybe they're making a statement about how we ladies are kind of forced by society to shave our pits every night.

-armpit hair is apparently looked down upon in society, especially when women have it.

If they put glitter between their legs, what'll that be called? Glack? Glunt? Glagina? Glittoris?

Glittoris is hilarious, but let's hope not. We've already had bejeweled vaginas.

That has got to itch, man. No. Shave them pits girls, and if you don't want to...be discreet about it! (speaking as one who gets lazy in winter,...)

I am a girl and this is gross and totally not hygienic. Even between shaves you can tell that no matter how much you wash your armpits and use deodorant, with the hair longer, the bacteria is "flourishing"/stinks more. I understand freedom of speech, but I shave my armpits for me, not for anyone else.

So you hate hairy armpits of men, too, because they are gross and not hygienic? Yeah, that is nonsense. As long as you wash daily there is no reason to spread the idea that not shaving is a breading ground for germs. These ideas are myths. Shaving is a choice, and has nothing to do with freedom of speech. It is sad women feel they need to remove natural hair from their body because it is somehow disgusting. You've been fed these ridiculous ideas through society and fashion and they simply are not true.
