most people these days dont understand decency anymore. they dont realize that you can look at someone who is fat and not tell them they are fat. worse they expect when they are a******s to others the other person doesnt retaliate. this is why i dont want to live on this planet anymore.

Children imitate what they see. Good manners and simple human decency go hand in hand. Psychology and Neurology aren't necessary: common sense is much important. Normally, this is taught by the responsible adults in the home. Often, a promising young, (usually) male child has been sent to a prestigious school or other training facility. In the public schools, there are way too few teachers, and most of them are underpaid. Teaching simple human decency can be very difficult.
