It seems no one can wrap their heads around the fact their favorite show is over after eight seasons. We are aware it left many people disappointed and therefore are not surprised at all fans immediately took upon improving the show in their own different ways. Some had the last season reimagined, some had some of the cast changed.
Actress and comedian took to the next level though by recasting all the major characters in the show with her friends, explaining that while she loved the show, it never felt like it was made for her. This imaginary recasting with people of color made her better resonate with the show.
Lots of people agreed the show lacked diversity, it's only major character of color being Missandei, played by Nathalie Emmanuel and contributed to the thread by making their own suggestions. Scroll down to see what they came up with!

What's the point of this post? All I see here is a bunch of random color actors paired with GoT characters. I don't see any sense. Without any concrete description or justification of this and no other choice of actors. I still do not know why this article was made. Is it the response to this drama with black Ariel? May someone enlighten me, please?
It's thinly veiled racism. But since it's racism towards white people it's a double standard and most people will laugh it up as a joke. Just imagine someone re-casting Straight out of Compton or The Black Panther or Precious and the public outrage it would cause.
Load More Replies...Yeah, because people in the northern hemisphere are really known for being black... Seriously, I really like diverse actors in my movies. But in Westeros, people get darker the further south you go. Just like on earth. And unlike earth, Westeros does not have a history of slave trade, it’s forbidden actually. Nor did they have big migrations involving the south. So how could the Westerosi be black? And it being based on an amazing, beloved and quite famous novel made in practically impossible to just change the geography at will.
