Wendy’s may not be your favorite fast-food chain, but they’re probably your favorite Twitter account by now. The burger joint has gone viral over the last year for its savage roasts, rivalries with other restaurants, dark humor jokes, mixtape-worthy rap bars, and now legendary Wendy’s Twitter roasts - and they’re still going strong.
The best comebacks started accumulating in January when Amy Brown, social media manager for Wendy’s Twitter, went through recent user comments on the company’s account and came across a particularly dim-witted jab against their 'fresh, never frozen' meat policy. Her response was golden, and people found the sassy break from corporate mumbo-jumbo hilarious and refreshing.

My dad told me this when I was younger and we were at Wendy's and I thought he was sooooo clever to come up with it....years later I realized it was their slogan for awhile and my dad became way less cool

I worked at Burger King (my FIRST job at 16). We always heard they used kangaroo meat. (May have been a rumor, but just sayin) I dont eat there anymore.

I can't imagine that the meat of a Kangaroo, found only in Australia and New Guinea, would easier or cheaper to obtain than the meat of cows, which are literally everywhere

Freezing the food really isn't something to be upset about. Literally EVERYONE freezes their food, so why can't fast food restaurants freeze theirs?? People who get upset with places that freeze their food are hypocrites.

You know... I always cook my food before I eat it. Fresh, frozen, it makes no difference in the taste. I have had every cut of beef, pork and poultry. The fact of the matter is that I like the way Wendy's makes its hamburgers, but their French fries leave me wondering. I don't often order the "meal" because Wendy's fries suck. I like crispy fries that are tasty and golden yellow, like BK or McDonald's makes. The Frosty sizes have shrunk in recent years as well.

You have to be tough now, because I'll tell you a secret: Freezing food doesn't make it worse. Rising animals under unworthy circumstances harms the quality of meat. Stress does. Bad food makes meat bad. Greed harms the quality. Freezing it doesn't.
