Aw. So cute! With my elderly dog her tail would be totally upright whilst she was enjoying the walk but it would start to slide to half mast when she'd had enough - which meant I was able to make the walks the right length for her.

Used to work with a couple of people who had guide dogs - great animals to have in an office!! Will steal out of your bin while you aren't looking.
