As all moms and dads will know, parenthood isn't as easy as it might seem from the outside. But no matter how tough it is raising kids, there's always something to smile about.
Take a look at these funny comics for instance. They come from a website called scienceofparenthood.com run by Norine Dworkin-McDaniel, a writer, and Jessica Ziegler, an illustrator and web developer. They decided to start writing about parenting after both having kids of their own, and as you can see, their webcomics perfectly capture what it means to be a parent and the everyday problems that come with it using various scientific analogies. From Newton's laws, Einstein's theory of relativity and Archimedes' principles to echolocation, coefficient of friction and geometry theorems, the quirky comics summarize the struggles faced by modern-day moms and dads. And don't worry, you don't need to know anything about science to find these parenting tips funny or painfully relatable.

Paulina I have to kinda disagree with you. studies have shown that if you are showing them developmental/learning apps then it can be an added benefit to your child as far as their development, but if you are just giving them the tablet and they are watching cartoons all day on it then yes...it is a hindrance. http://www.today.com/parents/toddlers-babies-ok-play-ipads-birth-study-t26171

Ah the joys of the summer holidays. Three days before = can't wait for them to finish school for the summer! Three days in = Is it time for school yet? Three days before the end = Ringing up school and begging them to take them back early.

Exactly what I was thinking. WHERE ARE THE DADS??? Friends of mine just became parents and they really do share the work 50:50. He really steps in (properly and not just a 'oh, let me change this one diaper a day') and she is able to give the baby out of her arms (which many women can'T seem to do since they know best, of course). They also take turns at night. One sleeps in the room with the baby and feeds it at night, the other sleeps somewhere else and gets rest. Each gets a few hours a day for themselves to spend however they wish it: sleeping, playing video games, whatever. I've had many friends who became moms. None of them looked so happy and well rested as this friend. )Ok, it helps that the baby doesn'T cream as mcuh as some others) They are a fantastic couple!
