If someone calls you overly dramatic ever again, have this post ready at hand.
The truth is, DiCaprio has one single Oscar gathering dust on the shelf not because he got caught up in some cruel conspiracy or is simply not good enough (how dare someone think that!), but rather because they all got snatched by cats.
From taking things too personally and getting emotional all of a sudden to meowing their vocal cords out like Munch’s screaming painting, these are the same cutie pies, but on an emotional roller coaster.
Bored Panda has compiled a list full of the biggest drama felines ever that show just how throwing a tantrum looks in the animal kingdom. More feline drama awaits right here in our part 1.

She Has No Idea What Just Slapped Her In The Face
Bored Panda reached out to Rachel Geller, a certified cat behavior specialist who agreed to share her expertise on why some cats are so into drama. Rachel explained that “cats are highly reactive to stress, even to situations that may seem minor to us.”
We may also perceive them as acting very dramatically because they use their bodies to communicate with us. “For example, a scared cat may puff out his tail. To us, this may seem dramatic, but from the cat's point of view, this is practical.”
If a cat is in fear of an invader or an unknown situation, “the puffed-up tail makes him appear bigger than he really is,” the cat behaviorist explained.

"Omg! What The Hell Is That Thing!?!"
Rachel also said that from a human perspective, cats may look dramatic because of their “big, expressive eyes.”
Most often, humans tend to look at their pets from their own point of view and not the cat’s point of view. This is why we tend to misinterpret things.
“We think a cat rolling around on the floor is being dramatic and trying to tell us something, whereas that cat is merely getting a good stretch for her flexible body,” Rachel explained.

The cat behavior expert also said that cats are amazing communicators, but we need to pay attention to what they are saying. “You can learn how to read his signals effectively and develop a better relationship with your cat.”
We sometimes think that if cat is acting dramatically, it is trying to manipulate our emotions. But Rachel assured us that’s not the case.
“People do tend to respond to a high-pitched meow, much like we would to a crying baby, but your cat is not manipulating you.” She also added that “manipulation, revenge, and spite are traits we humans can call our very own.”

Yeah, probably shouldn't have named her Yourhusbandjustdiedatsea.
Load More Replies...Why did you drown her husband? And why do you keep bringing it up to her? Let her deal with it and move on. Maybe some time in the future you'll both be able to look back and laugh. "LOLZ!!! You remember that time I drowned your husband? lolololololol!!!" "Yeah, that was soooo funny!!!"
Seriously. Give her time. I mean look at that face, she's screaming murderer.
Load More Replies...It's intentional. When you see such a face you don't have the heart anymore to say what you were gonna say. "You're not allowed... No, you can't go outside... No, no nibbles before ten o'clock..." These sentences die in your mouth. Mission accomplished.

I have a white cat that looks like this and does the same thing! Maybe it is a white cat thing? lol
Maybe it has something to do with the name. (she looks so sad :'( lol )
"Snowball"? That's the most original thing you could come up with, hooman?
hmmm.... What is her name? it must be something to make her feel like she has done something wrong
Now you know what her name translates into in catonese. That is almost as bad as the Canadian brewery calling its NZ type beer huruhuru, which in te reo Māori can mean pubic hair!
I think Tragedy would be a good name for this cat... like the song by the Bee Gees. And it must be sung in the same key, NOT spoken.
