This Is The Most Terrifying Maternity Photo Shoot We’ve Ever Seen (WARNING: Some Images Might Be Too Brutal)
Posing for a maternity photo shoot when you’re just days away from delivering a baby might not be your number one priority. So when this wife told her husband she wasn’t really up for a serious couple photoshoot, he went the extra mile and transformed it into the funniest experience for the both of them.
“I had recently found an Alien Chestburster model at a garage sale and after putting it together and painting it, the photoshoot idea came to me,” Todd Cameron, the man behind the plan, told Bored Panda. “I had an idea for the general story and props needed, including carving the alien pod pumpkin and Nicole took care of finding our “out there” wardrobe.”
Todd and Nicole are huge fans of Halloween and anything that involves costumes. “We actually first met at Halloween, we always hand-make elaborate costumes and we go all out on Halloween decorations at our house, so this was really just a fun way to celebrate the dark humor while passing on a few smiles and laughs in the process!”
“The creepy photos took about an hour to shoot and, though chilly and muddy on the pumpkin patch, it was so much fun,” he added. “We just kept laughing at the absurdity of it and hoping the employees of the farm wouldn’t drive by to see us covered in blood.”
The photographer proved to be everything the couple wanted, too. “Li Carter is a local photographer here in Nanaimo, BC. She is involved in many fun projects, capturing everything from weddings to cosplay events and anything in between. She is also a friend of ours and has shot many of our personal family funny photos including my “The Big Lebowski 40th Birthday”, my annual personal holiday, “Sasquatch Day” and even our “Enchantment Under The Sea” Back to the future wedding. Li is very laid back, easy to work with, and we always make a great team with our collaborations. She, as always, was the perfect choice for this shoot.”

Hahahahaha! I think it's great. I get kinda sick of the "cotton candy sweet" maternity shoots, myself. It's nice to see someone who isn't (yet f*****g again) lying in the surf cradling her baby bump. Have some freaking imagination, people. I love Halloween as well & if you can incorporate it into your photo shoot, why not? The kid will either love it, or realize you are, in fact, every bit as twisted and weird as they had always imagined. You win either way!

That was a remarkable bit of theatre! You both ROCK! However....Darlin', you are way too hot for him! Just sayin'! Has he considered doing anything with his hair that he won't regret in two years? Perhaps a mullet? I have been balding since my 20's and I wish I had his hair to do with as I pleased. That would not include a 6 inch Mohawk?!? Congratulations. If you can get over the ribbing about the hair then you may be able to start a new life in a different state....:)
