Well, at least you'd know what you were getting straight away rather than finding out part way through the case.

Thankfully there was no cat in the courtroom, else that cat would have taken over prosecutor's pillow and he could have never "rested" his case.

When my eldest daughter was in Kindergarten (so, she was about 5) she brought home a "contract" from the teacher that we all had to sign. We read it to her. It was about taking responsibilities seriously, and putting in her best efforts on the school work, etc. When we finished reading it, she emphatically said, "I'm NOT signing THAT!"
Everytime I hear motion denied this is the picture that will come to mind.
Saw a programme only recently about how so many inmates have smart phones in prison. It won't be a problem.
