Keen, I've got a long list of idioms and phrases plus some thoughts of how I picture them in my mind. You'll probably like at least some of them. I refuse to use Facebook so is there some way to contact you and give you the list (if you're interested)? If not, don't worry. I won't be offended. :)

Oh, by the way, Fast Food is my grandkids favorite. Proof that your innate sense of humor is for all ages, which makes everything even better!

Wonderful concept and charming executions, kerenr! You would have a "field day" illustrating idioms from this book of 15,000+ expressions: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=would+you+mind+repeating+that%3F

Who thought being literal could be so creative? I loved the "bottom of my heart" especially.

None of these are idioms, puns maybe, but idioms are colloqial metaphors. Therefore they have to make a comparison between a scenario and a real life situation. Don't get me excited

I hope the artist got permision from Wilkin and Sons before they drew that picture of the 'Tiptree Jam' /Jam Session cartoon... they can be surprisingly protective of their copyright...
