50 DIY Fails That Are So Terrible It’s Impossible Not To Laugh At
Buying stuff is so last year, thus more and more people turn to DIY projects for anything and everything they can. And with the help of the internet, many DIY craft tutorials are only a couple of clicks away - from holiday decorations and toys to clothes and makeup, all of that and so much more can be done at home. Or so they say at least.
With so many Do It Yourself tutorials flooding the Internet lately, you'd think people would have the hang of this DIY craft thing by now. They don't. They're still delivering some pretty epic fails, and it's still hilarious. We get that directions to even the easiest DIY are sometimes hard to follow. It's totally true that things rarely look the same as on the screen. Come on, though. Did these people even try?

Some are the result of not reading the instructions, or thinking it through carefully enough. And lot of these are comparing first attempts to more experienced crafters' results. Key word, EXPERIENCE.

Everything posted there is a result of either not following directions, or lack of skill. Many of the things really just take practice to do. Learning to cut glass is a skill. Making impressions in clay is a skill. Not using enough material as shown in the example is just dumb.

if at first you don't succeed destroy all evidence that you tried Or follow the instructions as you are ment to !!

The thing to remember with trying something new: the first time you attempt anything, consider it practice. Almost no one will get it right the first time. You need experience to master any new craft. Laugh at mistakes, but be easy on yourself. And, don't forget to read and then follow directions.
